About these terms

These terms govern use of the website jdka.net and the professional photography services provided by Jdka Studio SAS (registered in France, 37 Rue Saint-Malo, 35000 Rennes). By using this website or commissioning our services, you agree to these terms.

Website use

The content on jdka.net — including text, images, and other materials — is the property of Jdka Studio SAS and its contributors, and is protected by French and EU copyright law. You may read, share links to, and cite brief portions of the content for non-commercial purposes with appropriate attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions, publish them elsewhere, or use them commercially without our written permission.

Photography services

All professional engagements are governed by a written agreement confirmed by both parties before work begins. These agreements specify the scope, deliverables, payment terms, and licence granted.

In the absence of a specific written agreement, the following defaults apply: the client receives a non-exclusive licence for the agreed stated uses; Jdka Studio retains copyright in all images produced; and Jdka Studio may use images from the session in its own portfolio and promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Payment

Invoices are issued on completion of delivery unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due within thirty days of invoice date. Late payment may be subject to statutory interest under French commercial law.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than fourteen days before a scheduled session are accepted without charge. Cancellations made within fourteen days of a scheduled session may be subject to a partial fee to cover preparation costs incurred. Specific terms are set out in each project agreement.

Limitation of liability

Jdka Studio's liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not affect any statutory rights you have under French consumer law where applicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rennes, France.
